When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 2-4 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows including fulfillment processing:

FROM THE USA-

  •  USA and Canada: 7–10 business days to be safe but usually 4-6
  •  United Kingdom and Europe: 7–12 business days
  •  Australia: 7–14 business days
  •  Japan: 7–12 business days

FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM-

  •  United Kingdom and Europe: 7–10 business days to be safe but usually 4-6
  •  USA and Canada: 7–12 business days
  •  Australia: 7–14 business days
  •  Japan: 7–12 business days

Where will my order ship from?

Products state the location the item is sent from in the 'product title' and the 'product description'. Please make sure you are ordering the product that ships from the area most applicable to you, so as to not incur high International shipping costs. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Why am I being charged International shipping?

shipping is free to the USA from our USA fulfillment and likewise with our UK from UK fulfillment. Check the product listing to see where the item is being sent from to match your delivery location. The rates of shipping are located in the 'SHIPPING POLICIES' at the bottom of the page. Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  •  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  •  Ask your local post office if they have your package
  •  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them 
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number. 
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. 


Orders How are your products made? 
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!



How do I track my order? 
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Enter your tracking number in the page 'TRACK YOUR ORDER' link on the top or bottom of the page. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at Pigmentrebellion@gmail.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Pigmentrebellion@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

What’s your return policy?

We offer returns and exchanges up to 30days for our US and UK customers, for most products. We are working on offering the same for our international customers but are yet to be implemented. Shipping cost will apply for returns.

We are currently only offering refund request from countries outside of the US to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items

What items are Non-refundable?

METAL PRINTS, WALLPAPER and WALLBOARDERS are considered Non-refundable as these are printed as per order request and are all considered final sale.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at Pigmentrebellion@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

How do I cancel my pending order?

Sign In to your account, then in your account select the order number under "Your Order History". Inside of the order click on "Cancel Order" and then confirm, "yes". *If you have canceled an order containing a Pre-Order item and have paid with Paypal, please send an email to customer service to refund your order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [insert your support email here] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Can I update my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped out yet we can update your shipping address. Please contact Pigmentrebellion@gmail.com with your order number and the new address. Once we have updated it we will confirm that the address has been updated.

If your order has already been shipped out we may be able to do a delivery intercept on one of our expedited shipping options. If we are able to do the delivery intercept, you will incur an intercept fee. Standard shipping does not allow for delivery intercept.

Do you have a sizing chart?

Different items may be printed on different apparel brands, so one sizing chart will not suffice. If sizing information is not yet available in the description of an item you are interested in, simply Pigmentrebellion@gmail.com with the item name and item # and we'll reply with the dimensions.
