Please keep in mind that we print all of our home goods as they get ordered and it can take 2-4 days for us to create them for you.

Your item should arrive within 7-12 days after being shipped in the US, UK, Germany, Most of Europe and 7-14 for Australia. There may be delays when shipping out to international locations due to potential customs assesments and or dependandt on the fulfillment dispatch locations. delays can take around 2-3 weeks from estimated arrival dates but can be tracked.

At times, your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, as we have no control over the duties being charged.

METAL PRINTS, WALLPAPER and WALLBOARDERS: We DO NOT offer returns as these are printed as per order request and are all considered final sale.

METAL PRINTS, WALLPAPER and WALLBOARDERS are considered and shipped local only to the US and internationally shipping may incur tax duty, which is administered by the local territory and is out of the hands of Skylark Swag.

 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in the US and UK.

We are currently only offering refund request from countries outside of the US and UK to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at Pigmentrebellion@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

In regards to METAL PRINTS, WALLPAPER and WALLBOARDERS we DO NOT offer returns as these are printed as per order request and are considered final sale.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at pigmentrebellion@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCETIONS/ NON-RETURANABLE ITEMS


Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. METAL PRINTS, WALLPAPER and WALLBOARDERS fall under our NON-RETURNABLE policy and are considered final sale items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
